Key Responsibilities:
- Audio typing to transcribe legal documents and correspondence.
- Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners, managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handle Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty processes accurately and efficiently.
- Perform standard secretarial tasks such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate/Commercial Property Secretary or similar role in a legal setting.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in property and conveyancing procedures.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
