The RoleWe seek a highly connected and accomplished Business Development Director to drive our business forward. This permanent position requires a well-performing individual who can leverage their expertise to take our company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes, improve employee satisfaction, and drive customer engagement.
- Estimated salary range: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum DOE, making it one of the most competitive offers in the industry.
