HqO, Inc is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Strategic Business Growth Director to drive the growth and success of our business in the UK and EMEA market.

About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the UK market, while supporting the wider EMEA growth strategy. You will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets and delivering high-quality customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quota-carrying account management or sales roles, with experience in the PropTech, real estate, or technology sectors. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence product development and drive revenue growth.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, requiring a strong focus on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs. The successful candidate will work closely with our US executive team, ensuring alignment on global strategies and driving cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the UK market
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Oversee account management, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the product and executive teams to influence product development based on local market trends and customer needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, account management, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in quota-carrying account management or sales roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and PropTech solutions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
