Job Title: Physiotherapy Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Physiotherapy Specialist. As a key member of our Respiratory Care Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pulmonary rehabilitation services to patients in Northwest Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work across the local community to provide specialist services to patients in pulmonary rehabilitation
* Independently perform advanced assessments of outpatients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions
* Manage own patient caseload and be responsible for a defined area of service, working without direct supervision
* Use evidence-based principles and current best practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions

Person Specification:

* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Experience of working with patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
* Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
