Learning Mentor and Assistant

This Learning Mentor and Assistant role in Stratford-upon-Avon offers a highly competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Working 32.5 hours per week, plus 5 training days, you will support the learning and personal development of pupils in a specialist school. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to creating a nurturing environment that fosters independence and self-esteem in children.

About the Role:
  • Curriculum Support: Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and foster their independence and self-esteem.
  • Support for Pupils: Work with individuals or small groups, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as needed.
  • Classroom Assistance: Prepare and maintain the learning environment, support behaviour management, and help with administrative tasks.
