About the Job

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and other senior chefs to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs to ensure they are performing to their full potential.
  • Monitor food costs and take steps to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing dishes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a senior kitchen role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for creating memorable dining experiences and a commitment to excellence.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £37,000 + Service Charge, along with a range of benefits, including:
