Job Title: Executive Sous Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Jubilee Catering Recruitment, a renowned contract catering company based in central London.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel, events, or banqueting, with a strong focus on pastry skills and leadership abilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to work in a dynamic environment, delivering outstanding culinary experiences to a maximum of 200 guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum (based on title, job description, and location)
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional events and functions
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm (straight shifts)
  • 40 hours per week
  • No overtime required
  • All Bank Holidays off

Please note that this role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, taking into account the title, job description, and location.
