Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Management Professional to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). This is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing outstanding support, and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing store orders, campaigns, and bespoke print production work through ITG's marketing platform, Media Centre.
- Providing accurate information to the Account Manager, formulating full briefs, and assisting with production detailed specifications for suppliers.
- Assisting with quotation process by working with supplier and Account Manager directly.
- Maintaining detailed job history via the use of management information systems as well as managing master database.
- Managing client artwork, brief requirements, and timings.
- Ensuring all relevant parties are briefed and informed of project progress.
- Running and managing projects for campaigns ensuring all deadlines are hit and on time delivery achieved.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A customer-centric approach and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a client-facing environment, preferably in retail.
- A full driving license and willingness to travel to suppliers, ITG offices, and client sites.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, annual wellbeing day, pension scheme, corporate medical cash plan, smart working options, and cycle to work scheme.
