Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to support our continued growth and expansion.
- About the Role: The successful candidate will work alongside our Business Development Manager to source, recruit, and train individuals to become business owners within our network.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales leads to ensure the recruitment pipeline remains up-to-date.
- Support lead generation in line with our LinkedIn recruitment strategy.
- Effectively screen suitable applicants at the start of their on-boarding journey.
- Work with the Business Development Team to support mapping territories.
- Export demographic data to help new recruits grow their own businesses.
- Support event management of training courses.
- Provide administrative support for the Business Department.
- Attend launches and other company events when necessary.
We are looking for:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- A curiosity to master bespoke mapping software.
- Ability to demonstrate influence and persuasion techniques within communication.
