Business Development Director of Growth

As a valued member of the Universal Business Team, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Director of Growth to join our expanding team. This role focuses on driving new business, building relationships, and conducting product demonstrations. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing accounts, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop campaigns. Key qualifications include a strong track record in new business generation and client relationship management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify key decision-makers in target businesses and generate new sales leads.
• Manage accounts to ensure retention and foster growth year on year.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, email outreach, and online engagement, including competitor analysis.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely sales reports to assist in strategy and performance tracking.
