About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and manage existing accounts in our recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive New Business: Proactively generate and convert leads through a mix of outbound sales, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop Existing Accounts: Build strong, lasting relationships with current clients, ensuring they are fully aware of the full suite of services we offer to maximize their engagement and spend.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, providing exceptional service, advice, and support throughout their recruitment campaigns.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services that align with client needs, ensuring growth within existing accounts.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads, qualify prospects, and onboard new clients with a consultative approach.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and insights to advise clients and position our services as the go-to solution for their recruitment needs.
About You

We are looking for a sales-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment or service industry, and be driven by achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
