Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment team at NFP People LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing accounts, and developing tailored solutions to meet the recruitment needs of our clients.

About the Role

  • Drive New Business: Proactively generate and convert leads through a mix of outbound sales, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop Existing Accounts: Build strong, lasting relationships with current clients, ensuring they are fully aware of the full suite of services we offer to maximize their engagement and spend.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, providing exceptional service, advice, and support throughout their recruitment campaigns.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services that align with client needs, ensuring growth within existing accounts.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads, qualify prospects, and onboard new clients with a consultative approach.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and insights to advise clients and position our services as the go-to solution for their recruitment needs.

About You

  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a focus on client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of leads, follow up, and close deals with confidence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Experience in account management, with a focus on growing existing business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions that meet client needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
