Business Development Director

As a key member of the Orion Electrotech team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth from both new and existing customers. This will involve providing technical and engineering support to the internal organization, subcontractors, and customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and grow market share within the existing customer base by meeting their requirements and delivering exceptional service. Identify and target key accounts to increase market share, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Competitor Awareness:
Maintain awareness of direct competitors and industry trends to help develop a successful and competitive marketing strategy. Utilize strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and make informed business decisions.
Project Management:
Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery. Strong background in assembly, including Bills of Materials (BoM), testing, rework, and soldering. Extensive knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly, and kitting. Strategic thinker with a creative approach to business development and generating new opportunities. High-energy individual with strong leadership and management skills. Excellent commercial acumen.
