About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service function, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a top-notch service to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and executing a wide range of administrative tasks, addressing customer queries efficiently, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing email communications, supporting on-site certificate and licence printing, and conducting audits to uphold data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute administrative tasks, including handling membership enrolments, renewals, and re-instatements
  • Address customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Manage email communications and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support on-site certificate and licence printing
  • Conduct audits to uphold data accuracy
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a membership organisation or similar customer-service orientated environment
  • Knowledge and experience handling financial transactions, such as invoicing, payments, and refunds, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of stakeholder management
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, email, and database software
