Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service function, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a top-notch service to our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing and executing a wide range of administrative tasks, addressing customer queries efficiently, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing email communications, supporting on-site certificate and licence printing, and conducting audits to uphold data accuracy.
In addition, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive a seamless service. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, handle financial transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute administrative tasks, including membership enrolments, renewals, and re-instatements
- Address customer queries efficiently and effectively
- Manage email communications and respond to customer inquiries
- Support on-site certificate and licence printing
- Conduct audits to uphold data accuracy
- Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payments
