We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to helping students with additional needs reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to students on a 1:1 or group basis, adapting and delivering lesson material adjusted to students' individual needs, and assessing and reporting students' progress, development, and attainment.


\

In this role, you will benefit from career progression pathways, teacher training opportunities, and mentorship from SENCO and senior leadership. Our purpose-built facilities and specialist resources provide a supportive environment for our students and staff.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has previous teaching assistant experience in a specialist, primary, or secondary setting. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with additional needs, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
