About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support in Newbury. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional assistance with their social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements. This will involve creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being.

You will work closely with the SENCO and other staff members to develop personalized learning plans and monitor student progress. As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with external agencies and professionals to support the holistic development of students.
