The role will report directly to the Partner who is the business unit leader for Employer Services.

You will provide strategic direction and leadership to build your own team and services, while having full support from our marketing, recruitment and payroll teams.

In the first 12 months, you will identify and deploy HR advisory services most applicable to clients, while ensuring financial targets are met.

You will establish an internal profile across all Forvis Mazars service lines and offices, ensuring the wider firm is aware of the HR service.

You will begin to build the HR client base by proposing recommendations to our current client base, attending proposal meetings with prospect clients, and providing thought leadership content for digital marketing strategy.

You will guarantee client service standards are maintained by ensuring your team adheres to mandatory processes, provides quality control reviews and maintains strong client relationships.

You will develop junior members of your team with training, consistent feedback and coaching as appropriate.

About the Role

  • This role requires experience in managing direct reports, ideally in a bureau/client environment.
  • Essential qualifications include a Level 7 CIPD certification.
  • You must possess excellent leadership skills, communicate compelling strategies, drive results and be comfortable giving constructive feedback at all levels.
  • Leadership skills also require being an innovative change leader.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
