Food Services Director for NHS Hospitals

We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
- Representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- A Food Hygiene certificate and a flexible approach to working.
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme and life insurance.
