Job Description:
As a Virtual Ward Sister, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of patients in their own homes
- Delivering holistic care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitoring patient progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing or a related field
- Post-registration experience in a hospital setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
