Adult Life Skills Manager

Adult Life Skills Manager is responsible for building and fostering professional relationships with individuals and their teams to ensure ongoing coordination of services at Communitas, Inc.
Main duties include:
- Ensuring services meet individual needs and promote choices
- Coordinating or completing assessments/evaluations to determine support levels and support planning
- Planning for and participating in planning meetings, actively advocating for individuals' needs, and contributing to overall goals
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a BA degree in Human Services or a related field. At least one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record are also required.
This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and $17.50 per hour, which aligns with industry standards for similar positions in Wakefield, MA.
