Millennium Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Streethouse, Wakefield. As a Support Worker for Adults with Complex Needs, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to empower individuals with life skills at home and in the community.

About the Role
  • Responsible for supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex needs in a Complex Supported Living Service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Provide a compassionate and supportive environment, focusing on building strong relationships with service users.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.53, with opportunities for sleep-in shifts at an additional £65.15 per hour.
