Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive electrical training programs that cater to the needs of learners;
  • Evaluating learner performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining accurate records of assessments, training, and learner progress;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective training strategies;

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in electrical installations, testing, and inspection, as well as experience in adult education and training. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners and colleagues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

The essential skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in electrical installations (e.g., 2365/2357 or equivalent);
  • Experience in teaching or training adults, with a focus on electrical subjects;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners and colleagues;
  • A patient and supportive approach, with a commitment to helping learners achieve their goals;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

The salary for this position is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including company pension, free parking, and health & wellbeing programs.
