Vulnerable Adults Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to join our team as a Adult Services Social Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to vulnerable adults in the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
This is a temporary contract with an estimated salary of £28-£38 per hour. The role involves working closely with the Adult Safeguarding Team to assess and manage cases, provide care management, review care packages, and conduct home visits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in adult social work and hold a DipSW or equivalent qualification.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
