Job Overview

Eames Consulting is currently hiring for a Prudential Regulatory Reporting Lead to join their London team.

This role involves oversight of all prudential regulatory returns, including COREP, liquidity and BOE, ensuring they are submitted accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive prudential regulatory reporting experience from the Banking industry and strong knowledge of Capital (credit risk), Liquidity and BOE prudential regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Line management of 7 FTE staff members
  • Oversight of prudential regulatory returns submission process
  • Review and technical challenge of Regulatory Reporting team
  • Closure interaction with Regulatory Change team to consolidate, enhance and automate existing regulatory reporting processes
  • Work closely with Regulatory Policy team and Capital Management team for timely identification and implementation of regulatory policy and cohesive link between regulatory reporting and capital management
  • Responsible for production of internal reports covering month end regulatory metrics against regulatory requirements and risk appetite
  • Preparation of key capital, leverage, liquidity and other CRD IV disclosures in Interim and Annual Financial Statements

Requirements:

  • Extensive prudential regulatory reporting experience from the Banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of Capital (credit risk), Liquidity and BOE prudential regulations
  • Proven experience of managing a small to medium sized team
  • Track record in identifying areas of process improvements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Strong academic background
  • Alteryx experience - desirable but not essential
