About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Head of Financial Regulatory Reporting to join our team. As the key leader of our financial regulatory reporting function, you'll be accountable for ensuring compliance with prudential capital regulatory rules and leading direct and industry group responses to consultations and discussions.

The role offers a competitive salary of £150,000 - £200,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including time-off, flexible working options, and proactive wellbeing support. You'll also have opportunities to reskill and upskill, as well as access to physical, virtual, and digital learning platforms.

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in financial services, with a strong knowledge of universal banking products and a demonstrative network in the industry. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new and emerging prudential regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the business.
