Our prestigious foreign bank based in Central London is seeking a skilled Regulatory Reporting Director to join its dynamic team. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role involves leading the bank's regulatory reporting function, working closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Head of Finance. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting reports to the FCA, PRA, and Bank of England, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Working directly with the CEO and Head of Finance on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and high-impact projects.
  • Overseeing financial controls and governance activities, including the coordination of monthly meetings and tracking of process control issues.
  • Supporting the production of annual UK statutory accounts and preparing financial data for Board presentations.
  • Managing internal reporting processes, tracking performance against business plans, and providing insightful variance analysis.
  • Leading and mentoring your team, conducting regular 1-2-1s, performance appraisals, and providing professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with FCA, PRA, and Bank of England submissions, advanced Excel skills, and process automation. A strong background in financial controls and UK statutory accounts expertise is also essential.
