We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Regulatory Reporting and Compliance. This position will be based in London and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges in the financial services industry.

About the Role

As Director of Regulatory Reporting and Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all EMIR & Central Bank Regulatory Reporting obligations. This includes managing a small team, providing oversight and progress to senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for leading continual improvements to both the process and control environment, as well as representing Operations in different Industry forums. Additionally, you will build and maintain ongoing dialogue with key Business and Corporate stakeholders to understand and align on strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team responsible for all EMIR & Central Bank Regulatory Reporting obligations
  • Provide oversight and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with EMIR & Central Bank reporting requirements
  • Lead continual improvements to both the process and control environment
  • Represent Operations in different Industry forums
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of EMIR & Central Bank Regulatory reporting requirements in the financial market
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills

  • Ability to articulate key messages through all mediums

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in financial services in a Regulatory reporting role is preferred. Additionally, hands-on experience with digital tools and data analytic tools is strongly preferred.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
