Accounts and Finance Coordinator

About the Company:
CV-Library is looking for a skilled accounts professional to join their team in the South Lakes office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Develop draught tax returns and computations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compile draught VAT returns, maintaining accuracy.
- Liaise with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Communicate with HMRC, resolving issues efficiently.
- Analyse data and produce reports, highlighting key findings.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in tax returns and year-end accounts.
- Ongoing study towards AAT or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Aptitude for figures and interest in business and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with cloud accounting software experience.
- Motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering a professional service.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to coordinate and take responsibility for performance.
- Client-focused attitude and commercial awareness.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
