Job Title: Accounts and Finance Coordinator

About the Company:

CV-Library is looking for a skilled accounts professional to join their team in the South Lakes office.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  2. Develop draught tax returns and computations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Compile draught VAT returns, maintaining accuracy.
  4. Liaise with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  5. Communicate with HMRC, resolving issues efficiently.
  6. Analyse data and produce reports, highlighting key findings.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in tax returns and year-end accounts.
  2. Ongoing study towards AAT or equivalent experience.
  3. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills.
  5. Aptitude for figures and interest in business and finance.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with cloud accounting software experience.
  7. Motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering a professional service.
  9. Excellent communication skills, with ability to coordinate and take responsibility for performance.
  10. Client-focused attitude and commercial awareness.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
