About the Role:
Agility Resourcing is looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our team. As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in producing management accounts packs, reconciliations, and commentary for the group. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the production of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, periodic budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries
• Coordinating the preparation and review of accounting entries for input to the management accounts, including Capex and Depreciation, Accruals & Prepayments, Loan and HP calculations
• Overseeing the review and checking of Fixed Assets and Inventory system locations and calculations
• Reconciling bank, VAT, and balance sheet for associated companies
• Collaborating with all departments and the management team to provide financial information and support decision-making
• Assisting in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets and financial forecasts, and ensuring alignment with departmental managers
• Enhancing cash flow forecasting accuracy
• Ensuring accurate recognition and balancing of intercompany accounts
• Optimizing month-end processing efficiency
• Elevating the quality of year-end information
• Supporting the Finance team and covering for colleagues as needed
• Exhibiting expertise in double-entry bookkeeping and accounting standards during entry postings and problem resolution

The company offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
