Job Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team at Agility Resoucing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our purchase ledger processes and ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the purchase ledger team and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices, ensuring proper authorization and coding.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and purchase ledger processes is required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues independently.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Agility Resoucing offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth and development.
