Finance Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Tech Professionals. This part-time role will involve a range of finance-related tasks, including processing invoices, managing spreadsheets, and assisting with reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and manage payment queries
  • Assist with reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage email inbox for purchase invoices, timesheets, and expenses
  • Process contractors' timesheets and expenses
  • Perform other ad-hoc finance administration tasks
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding and experience with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Xero is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
