JM&Co. Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to join a reputable international organization as a Financial Accounts Coordinator. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

As a Financial Accounts Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist with a variety of financial tasks while also providing support in general business operations.

Key responsibilities for the Financial Accounts Coordinator position:

  • Processing sales orders, entering supplier invoices, and performing general accounting duties using SAGE Line 50.
  • Overseeing the Purchase Ledger (Purchase Control).
  • Managing the Sales Ledger and Credit Control processes.
  • Executing bank reconciliations in both Sterling and Euros.
  • Offering administrative assistance for the procurement of products and equipment.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities and reporting, including Profit & Loss statements.
  • Utilizing Excel and Word for various financial, administrative, and office-related tasks.

Key requirements for the Financial Accounts Coordinator role:

  • Proven experience with the SAGE 50 accounting software.
  • Background in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, and general accounting tasks up to Month-End, along with assistance in Year-End accounts.
  • Experience in conducting bank reconciliations in both Sterling and Euro.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Experience in financial reporting, including Cash Flow and Profit & Loss statements, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes is advantageous.

Flexible working hours available:

We offer both full-time and part-time options. Part-time roles require approximately 20 hours spread over a 5-day week, with flexibility in scheduling. Full-time positions are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You will also receive 25 days of annual leave (plus Bank Holidays, adjusted for part-time), with increases after 5 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with solid accounting experience and strong knowledge of Sage Line 50.
