Job Summary:
Green Folk LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, credit card entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the production of monthly management accounts and prepare detailed cash flow reports.
- Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Review and manage credit terms, open new accounts, and approve financial entries.
- Maintain and update bookkeeping records, including fixed asset registers, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Experience in supporting the production of management accounts and handling VAT returns is advantageous.
- Full UK driving license and ability for ad-hoc travel to other sites (day trips, up to 2 days a month).
