Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Position Overview:
The Commercial Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Commercial Manager and the broader team to deliver essential administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining comprehensive records of essential contractual documents
- Monitoring significant contract paperwork
- Ensuring all contractual documents are finalized and signed in a timely manner
- Performing quality assurance checks on contractual documents for adherence to standards
- Supporting with various commercial and operational inquiries as needed
- Organizing meetings and documenting minutes
- Preparing and disseminating critical contractual documents
- Creating an efficient filing system for all projects
- Providing general administrative assistance and managing phone inquiries
- Assisting with internal compliance audits
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to maintain composure in a dynamic work environment
- Adaptable and flexible in approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required
