Finance Assistant Role

Cameo Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and ready to take on key financial tasks within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies
  • Handle data entry and data processing tasks, ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain well-organized financial records
  • Provide proactive financial support and address any finance-related queries
Requirements:
  • Some experience in a finance accounting role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software, ideally Sage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive and flexible attitude able to work well within immediate and wider teams
