Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

Green Folk LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company's financial processes and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Accurately manage financial transactions, including Accounts Payable, credit card entries, and bank reconciliations.
* Support the production of monthly management accounts and prepare detailed cash flow reports.
* Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Review and manage credit terms, open new accounts, and approve financial entries.
* Maintain and update bookkeeping records, including fixed asset registers, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
* Experience in supporting the production of management accounts and handling VAT returns is advantageous.
* Full UK Driving Licence and ability for ad hoc travel to other sites (daytrips, up to 2 days a month)
