About the Role:

Rise Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to join our team. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting recruitment and training initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our online HR management software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, with the option to work part-time (3 days per week) for a pro-rata salary adjustment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes onsite work environment in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.
