About the Role

We're seeking a Director of Employee Experience to lead our HR strategy and champion employee wellbeing across our 20 locations in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that drive performance while ensuring our team feels valued, supported, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute policies and procedures aligned with our business goals.
  • Wellbeing Initiatives: Create and manage programmes that promote mental health, physical wellbeing, and work-life balance.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handling employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance to teams across sites, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote D&I initiatives that create a welcoming environment for all team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A background in companies with over 5,000 staff and multi-site experience (20+ sites).
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead with a people-first approach.
  • Wellbeing Expertise: Passion for mental health and wellbeing, with experience developing successful programmes.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong relationships at all levels.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, flexible leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
