Director of Employee Success

A senior leadership opportunity has arisen at Partnur to drive employee engagement and wellbeing across our multi-site organisation.

This role requires occasional travel to the office for team collaboration and strategy alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Maintain alignment of engagement initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and themes, driving meaningful actions based on insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to promote a positive work culture.
  • Lead and inspire a small team to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversight of recognition and reward initiatives.
  • Joint work with the HR leadership team to ensure a cohesive approach.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in employee engagement, insight, and analytics with experience managing surveys.
  • Familiarity with pulse surveys, listening activities, and employee forums.
  • Previous experience in wellbeing initiatives is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with senior leaders.
  • Ability to operate at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with remote teams.

Estimated Salary: £82,000 - £87,000 per annum plus benefits.
