As Sales Director for Leisure Facilities, you will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in a high-volume leisure, hospitality, or visitor attraction environment. They will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with the digital and marketing team to optimise digital and social content.

Key Responsibilities

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth">
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals">
  • Managing relationships with corporate partners and schools">">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of managing and pulling reports from a large CRM database">
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 1 weekend shift per month">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team">">

What We Offer

As Sales Director with Leisure People, you can expect a highly competitive basic salary of up to £30K, plus a monthly commission structure that can add an additional £5K to your basic salary. There are also excellent opportunities for future career progression.
