Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operational Site Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, including staff management, training, and development. They will also focus on guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and key performance indicators such as profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective staff training programs
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hospitality/retail/leisure management principles and practices

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on experience
