Regional Sales Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the South of England. As a key member of our Health and Medical Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and nurturing strategic relationships with our Care at Home customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a leading company like Essity AB and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in acquiring new business and retaining existing customers.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures, and standards to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Develop and execute local business plans, translate them into sales plans, activities, and campaigns, and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts, and adapt procedures as needed.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Regional Sales and Account Management.
- Experience and knowledge of Healthcare and the NHS.
- Strong business analysis and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with sales-linked bonus: £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
