We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior LED in CCT Interventional Fellowship to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Thoracic Oncology department, you will play a vital role in the management of lung cancer pathways, from early detection to complex lung cancer and pleural disease.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and hone your skills in interventional bronchoscopy, pleural disease, and lung cancer screening.
- Work with our team of 5 fellows, gaining experience in rapid cancer clinics, procedures including linear EBUS, AFI bronchoscopy, radial probe EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, and robotic bronchoscopy.
- Participate in pleural procedures with local anaesthetic thoracoscopy, indwelling pleural catheters, chest drains, and ambulatory pleural vents.
- Support specialist ward referrals and contribute to research projects and conference presentations.
