Job Title: Sales Representative

At O'Brien Fine Foods, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including store owners, managers, and deli managers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong field sales experience in FMCG, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
