About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to position Texthelp's products as a solution to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and prioritize sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of software sales and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Texthelp's products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
