Job Description

Sigma Priority supports the delivery of person-centered care by developing and implementing activities that promote resident engagement, choice, and dignity. As a Wellbeing and Community Support Specialist, you will work closely with our care teams to identify residents' interests and preferences, and plan activities that meet their needs.

  • You will need to have a creative approach to activity planning and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • A relevant qualification or experience in a similar field would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • To work closely with care teams to identify residents' preferences and plan activities that meet their needs.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident engagement and activity participation.
  • To contribute to the development of our lifestyle program and identify opportunities for improvement.
