Job Title: Field Support Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Support Executive to join our team at Bluecrest Wellness. As a Field Support Executive, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Field Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tickets raised by the Field Team and respond in a timely manner, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Operate the Field Support telephone line and click-to-chat function, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly
  • Organize and prioritize workloads on a daily basis, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Research and answer queries, liaising with other departments as necessary and taking appropriate action
  • Book hotel accommodations for the Field Team, aiming to minimize costs and optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the Results Team to proactively chase and update outstanding biometrics and ECG results, highlighting potential trends to HAS Managers for further training
  • Liaise effectively with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations
  • Assist with rota requests, cancellations, and sickness cover, supporting the Resource Planner
  • Review and ensure completion of timesheets and expenses
  • Support HAS Managers by taking notes during key investigations and disciplinary meetings
  • Regularly update knowledge on field regulations, company products, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, and strong computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
  • Natural conversationalist with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work in pressurized situations and take accountability for actions
  • Extensive customer service experience
