Job Overview

Our Learning and Development Leader will work closely with our team to create a stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of young children.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

  • Design and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safeguarding of all pupils.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
  • Excellent understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum.
  • Understanding of child development and behaviour.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
