  • Maintain fire alarm and AOV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with British Standards.
  • Provide comprehensive services to customers in accordance with BS5839, BS5266, and BS7671.
  • Offer expert advice on smoke ventilation systems, inverters, dampers, and detection systems.
  • Liaise with development teams, including concierge, building managers, property managers, design, project management, and installation and commissioning departments.
  • Administer daily report sheets, supply maintenance office-based staff with equipment details, and complete timesheets, vehicle checklists, and expense forms.
